Prepare your manuscript according to the Author Guidelines of your selected journal. Before submission, ensure that:
The manuscript follows the journal’s formatting and structural requirements.
All figures, tables, references, and supplementary files are complete.
All authors have approved the submitted version.
Necessary permissions have been obtained for third-party material.
Required statements concerning ethics approval, informed consent, funding, data availability, and conflicts of interest are included.
The manuscript is original and is not under consideration by another journal.
Manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission system of the selected journal.
A manuscript must not be submitted to more than one journal at the same time. Simultaneous or duplicate submission is not permitted.
Each submission undergoes an initial assessment to confirm that it:
Falls within the journal’s aims and scope.
Follows the journal’s Author Guidelines.
Contains all required files and declarations.
Meets applicable ethical and publication standards.
Has sufficient academic and editorial quality to proceed to peer review.
A manuscript may be returned to the authors for correction or declined at this stage if it does not meet the journal’s requirements.
All our journals use a double-blind peer-review process. The identities of the authors are not disclosed to the reviewers, and the identities of the reviewers are not disclosed to the authors.
Independent reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on scientific quality, originality, methodological soundness, clarity, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s scope. Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewers’ and editors’ comments.
After peer review, the editor may issue one of the following decisions:
Accept
Minor revision
Major revision
Reject
The final decision is made by the journal’s editor based on the manuscript’s academic merit, the reviewers’ reports, and the authors’ responses to requested revisions.
All articles published in our journals are open access and are made freely and permanently available online to readers worldwide.
An Article Processing Charge (APC) applies only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Authors are not required to pay an APC when submitting a manuscript or while it is undergoing peer review.
APC amounts may vary between journals. For the correct and most up-to-date information about publication charges, authors must consult the official website of the journal to which they intend to submit.
Payment of an APC does not guarantee acceptance and has no influence on peer review, editorial assessment, or the final publication decision.
After acceptance and completion of the applicable publication requirements, the manuscript enters production. Authors receive a proof for final review and must check it carefully for typographical or production errors.
Following proof approval, the article is published online as an open access article.
Authors retain the copyright to their published work and grant Eurasian Society of Biological and Chemical Engineering Press a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, index, archive, and preserve the article.
Articles are published under the Creative Commons license specified in the journal’s policies and displayed on both the article webpage and the published PDF.
